- Custom-built tools (e.g., internal portals, mobile apps)
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation) consulting
- Business process optimization
Each service is scoped through mutual discussion and may include demo sessions or proof of concept as required.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective delivery, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate project information and timelines.
- Share demo/test data only — we do not request or accept real confidential data.
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
4. Data & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality of all formats, workflows, or process-related insights shared with us.
- We never store client data without consent.
- Any sensitive formats or workflows remain your intellectual property.
- NDAs can be signed on request.
5. Support & Maintenance
Support timelines and bug-fixes are provided based on the engagement scope.
Basic support includes:
- Minor updates/fixes for up to 15 days post-deployment.
- Email or scheduled call support during working hours.
For extended support, a separate SLA (Service-Level Agreement) can be created.
6. Payment Terms
- Pricing is discussed and finalized before project initiation.
- Invoices are typically raised in 1 or 2 phases (advance + delivery).
- Any additional features or major revisions will be quoted separately.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- Projects may be paused or cancelled upon written request.
- If significant effort has already been invested, partial refunds will be assessed accordingly.
8. Termination
AutomataX reserves the right to terminate services in case of misuse, delayed communication, or breach of terms.
All completed work until termination will be shared as per the agreed timeline.
9. Limitation of Liability
AutomataX will not be liable for:
- Business losses arising from delays beyond our control.
- Downtime caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Firebase).
- Incomplete or inaccurate information shared by the client.
10. Modifications
AutomataX may update these terms periodically. Any major changes will be communicated via email or visible notices on our website.
